I found the book Sew Subversive at the library, and got this idea from it. We went to Goodwill and I bought some sweaters that were cute, but wouldn't fit me anyway so I didn't feel bad about cutting them up. It's cute, not the best scarf ever, but I like it- for now!

It's adorable! I always see people wearing little scarves and it never occurs to me to wear a scarf as an accessory rather than a big fat wooly warm one with my winter coat.
But I love the look! I wish I could pull it off!
